Welcome to any8. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and any8 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the any8 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, promotional features, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

any8 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing standards and accessible to eligible users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The platform offers live casino games, sports betting markets including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other competitions, online slots, and related entertainment services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on any8, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on any8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
3. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent or representative of a third party;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of any8 or any affiliated entity, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from any8 or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms;
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
8. You are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

any8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period stipulated may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonuses.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on any8. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. You must notify any8 promptly of any changes to your registration information by contacting our support team.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before any8 processes a withdrawal request, all accounts must complete KYC verification. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable).

any8 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Accounts that fail KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. any8 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

any8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency);
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to payment provider processing times;
• any8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges;
• You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you;
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed network transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50;
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for verified accounts under normal conditions;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your any8 account;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review;
• any8 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 7 business days where additional verification is required;
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

any8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the general Terms set out below, as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• any8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• One bonus promotion may be active per account at any one time unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are void where prohibited or where they violate applicable local laws;
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., x10 means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). The following game contribution rates apply to wagering requirement calculations:

• Online Slots: 100% contribution;
• Live Dealer Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution;
• Sports Betting (single bets, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution;
• Sports Betting (parlays / Mix Parlay): subject to specific promotion terms;
• Certain games may contribute 0% — refer to the specific promotion page for the full list.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single stake limit applies. Unless otherwise specified, this limit is MYR 250 per bet or spin. Stakes exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of the date the bonus is credited to your account. Upon expiry, the unused bonus amount and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account.

All bets placed on any8 are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport- or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where any8 explicitly offers a cash-out feature;
• any8 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where evidence of market manipulation is identified;
• In the event of a disputed result, any8's decision, made after reviewing available evidence, shall be final;
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended at any time without notice;
• Any bet placed after an event has concluded will be voided, regardless of whether the outcome was known to the user at the time of placement;
• Casino games use certified RNG technology. any8 does not guarantee any specific return or outcome on individual sessions. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term theoretical averages across millions of rounds;
• The maximum bet and win limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on any8. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (whether individually or in coordination with others);
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Engaging in or facilitating fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit any part of the platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform's software or pricing systems;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts;

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward any8 staff or other users.

All content on the any8 platform — including but not limited to the any8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of any8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of any8.

any8 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any individual service;
• Any third-party conduct, including the actions of other users or payment providers;
• Any outcome of any bet, game, or other gambling activity on the platform;
• Any technical failures, errors, or delays beyond any8's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, any8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. any8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

any8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — dormant account fees of MYR 50 per month may apply after written notice);
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account termination, any8 will return your remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and exclusion of uncleared bonus funds) to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of AML and KYC procedures.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting any8 support. Voluntary closure does not exempt you from obligations incurred prior to the closure request.

any8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. any8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which any8's operating entity is incorporated, which operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between you and any8 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
